Effective August 10, 2026
Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to Performance Catalyst LLC websites, digital programs, guided training, and coaching services.
Eligibility and agreement
Performance Catalyst services are offered to adults and to clients ages 13 through 17 with the active participation and written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Services are not offered to children under 13. For a minor client, the parent or guardian must purchase the service and sign the applicable agreement, payment authorization, and informed-consent documents; the minor must also provide age-appropriate assent before coaching begins. By purchasing or using a service, the applicable parties agree to these terms, the refund policy, privacy policy, and training disclaimer.
Services and coaching scope
Program descriptions identify the support included. Self-guided programs provide training materials without individualized coaching. Catalyst Launch provides one personalized eight-week TrueCoach program, three form-feedback submissions of up to three exercises each, one planned program adjustment around Week 4, reasonable exercise substitutions, messaging support for questions related to the assigned program, and a written next-step recommendation. Requested baseline videos do not count against the three submissions. The planned adjustment may change exercises, sets, repetitions, volume, or progressions for the existing goal; it is not a complete rebuild for a new goal. Program-related messages receive a response within two business days, Monday through Friday. Catalyst Launch does not include scheduled check-in calls, weekly formal check-ins, daily accountability, regular ongoing form review, or continuously evolving programming after the eight-week service ends.
Performance Catalyst 1:1 is an ongoing coaching relationship. It includes a detailed intake, requested baseline videos, a 30-minute kickoff call, weekly check-ins, regular form review, direct ongoing messaging support, progress monitoring, program adjustments as training needs change, and the ability to schedule one 20-minute check-in call each month. The applicable agreement controls if it contains more specific scheduling or service terms.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, using appropriate equipment and training space, following safety instructions, stopping when pain or concerning symptoms occur, and seeking qualified medical care when needed. You may not share account access, purchased materials, or private coaching content.
Payments and recurring coaching
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payment is due as disclosed in the applicable offer and agreement.
Catalyst Launch is a one-time $399 purchase for one introductory eight-week coaching block. It does not renew and is limited to one block per client. Continued personalized programming after the block requires separate acceptance and enrollment in Performance Catalyst 1:1.
Performance Catalyst 1:1 is $399 per month with a three-month initial term and a $1,197 minimum initial payment obligation. After the initial term, it renews month-to-month until canceled. Before accepting payment, Performance Catalyst will disclose the recurring charge, term, minimum obligation, cancellation deadline, and online cancellation method and obtain your affirmative agreement. Any price change applies only after advance written notice and an opportunity to cancel before the changed price is charged.
An optional six-month prepaid renewal costs $2,295 and an optional twelve-month prepaid renewal costs $4,389. These prepaid renewals do not renew automatically.
Cancellation, pauses, and refunds
Online cancellation is available by sending the pre-addressed email to justin@performancecatalystllc.com. If you send it from the email used for purchase, no telephone call, explanation, or additional information is required. If another email is used, Performance Catalyst may request only the information reasonably needed to identify the account. Cooling-off rights, convenience cancellation, relocation rights when applicable, medical and disability accommodations, prepaid-renewal calculations, refund timing, and TrueCoach access are governed by the cancellation and refund policy and non-waivable applicable law.
Intellectual property
Programs, written materials, assessments, progressions, videos, graphics, and coaching resources are owned by or licensed to Performance Catalyst LLC. A purchase grants one participant a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials. Reproduction, resale, public distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Results and availability
Training outcomes depend on many factors, including consistency, starting point, recovery, health, and execution. No specific result, skill, performance mark, or injury outcome is guaranteed. Performance Catalyst may make reasonable changes to delivery, scheduling, or technology while preserving the core value of a purchased service.
Failed payments, suspension, and termination
Stripe may retry a failed recurring payment and provide a secure payment-update link. Coaching and new programming may be paused when payment remains unresolved for five calendar days. A failed payment does not itself cancel the agreement or remove an initial payment obligation. Access may also be suspended or ended for harassment, unsafe conduct, misuse of materials, or a material violation of these terms. Any refund remains governed by the cancellation and refund policy and applicable law.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Performance Catalyst LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its services. These terms are governed by Illinois law, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
