Common questions

Online strength and athletic coaching, explained.

What is online athletic training?

It is individual coaching designed to improve the qualities behind athletic movement—strength, mobility, coordination, power, balance, and skill—through a plan you complete where you train. Video review, feedback, and regular adjustments keep the work connected to your goals.

Is strength and conditioning only for competitive athletes?

No. Adults can train athletic qualities for recreational sports, physical hobbies, confidence, longevity, or the simple goal of becoming more capable. The standard can be ambitious without pretending every client is preparing for professional competition.

Can I become more athletic after 30, 40, or 50?

Adults can improve strength, range, coordination, power, and skill at many ages. Your history, recovery, and current capacity affect the dosage and progression, but they do not make athletic development exclusive to younger people.

Do I need to be athletic before I start?

No. Coaching begins with what you can do now and builds the next useful layer from there.

What is the difference between Catalyst Launch and one-on-one coaching?

Catalyst Launch provides one personalized eight-week program with three form-feedback submissions, one planned midpoint adjustment, and support for questions about your plan. One-on-one coaching is an ongoing coaching relationship with weekly check-ins, regular form review, broader messaging support, accountability, check-in calls, and programming that continues adapting.
